March Madness a productivity killer, local employment expert says embrace it

March Madness is well known for killing productivity in offices across the country.

Lynn Flinn, president of The Rowland Group has a suggestion for employers.

A local employment expert KRMG talked to says 'embrace it.'

Flinn says, "Make it into a fun team building-type thing. Make it fun and still try to get work done."

Flinn believes that trying to block access at work is impossible.

Flinn says, "Even if you lock it down on computers, people are still going to find a way to watch."
