Tulsa, Okla. — Tulsa police have a suspect in the homicide of a teenager. 18-year old Marcus Herron is believed to have shot the 15-year old boy several times Thursday during an argument in front of witnesses at an apartment complex near Apache Street and North Marion Avenue.
