Man wanted for rape could be headed toward Tulsa

A man wanted for rape and lewd molestation could be traveling through our area.

Wagoner County Sheriff's office says Melvin Gonzalez-Lopez has a warrant for his arrest and he could be headed toward Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Alabama or Texas.

He was seen driving a 2000 white Pontiac Grand Am with an Oklahoma plate 130EVD.

The suspect does have a connection to the Tulsa area.  Deputies say he used to work at a Ruby Tuesday's located at 31st and Memorial and a McDonalds in Broken Arrow.

During his time at McDonalds, he went by the name of Carlos Miranda.  Deputies say he introduces himself as Carlos.
