The Broken Arrow Police Department has identified the suspect they say shot an officer last weekend.
According to BAPD, 31-year-old Cory Gene Batt is the suspect in the shooting of Officer Caleb Sherman on November 6th.
Batt was found dead a few hours after the shooting. Broken Arrow police said the investigation is ongoing, but it appears the suspect took his own life.
Officer Sherman was hit in the leg in that shooting and was released from the hospital the following day.
