Man shot in Tulsa during heated argument

Updating the very latest on a man shot Friday evening near 31st and Sheridan.

Tulsa police say an argument broke out around 7:45 p.m. between the victim, Stephen Norris, and the suspect, David Miller.

Miller is accused of pulling a gun and firing at least twice.  Police say Norris ended up shot in the shoulder and abdomen.

No word on what caused the argument.

Norris was transported to an area hospital and his injuries are not expected to be life threatening.

Miller was taken to the Tulsa County Jail.
