A bank robbery suspect is in in custody after a two-hour manhunt.
KOAM-TV reports that the suspect, Desmond Francis held up the IBC Bank in Miami.
Francis led police on a high-speed chase that led to a fatal crash with a semi-truck on Highway 69 between Quapaw and Baxter Springs.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says, because of the fatal crash, they are now treating the incident as a homicide investigation.
