Tulsa, Okla. — A drowning victim is recovered from the Illinois River.
Grand Rivedr Dam Authority Police say 29-year-old Dejuan Dewayne Mayberry of Tulsa was recovered Saturday.
He had been floating with friends when he attempted to swim across the river near Tahlequah.
