Update

Tulsa Police Sergeant Dave Walker tells KRMG that the victim of the shooting and the shooter were acquaintances.

Walker says that the men had been seen walking together outside the Apache Manor apartments before the shooting.

We're told that the victim is on life-support at the hospital.

Tulsa Police tell KRMG the victim was shot in the parking lot of the Apache Manor Apartments near Apache and Harvard just before 7:30 Thursday evening..

Police say the victim was taken to a Tulsa hospital, but likely will not survive his injuries. The suspect is still on the loose.

The suspect is described as a black male under the age of 25, clean cut with a fade-type haircut and wearing a jersey-type shirt.

Police say very few witnesses have come forward.
