Wed, Oct 18, 2017 — We have updated information regarding a south Tulsa homicide back in May.
Court records show Javonta Williams has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of 19-year-old Odean Johnson. Investigators say the body of the victim was found near 61st and Peoria.
Williams is already in jail on a separate shooting case.
Officers also arrested Telisha Williams in connection to the homicide. She’s accused of lying to mislead the investigation.
