We've learned a Tulsa man was arrested early Saturday morning after a woman told officers he raped her at knife point, then wrapped her in a blanket, and threw her into his trunk.
Police say James Partee is accused of driving around for a while, before letting her go.
Officers were able to track him down near Harvard and Tecumseh. While in custody, Partee refused to make a comment.
Partee now faces counts of Rape by force or fear and kidnapping.
Court records show the suspect has been convicted of multiple felonies.
