KRMG has learned one person was injured Saturday night in a shooting near Maxwell Park.
The incident happened around 8:30 p.m. Tulsa investigators at the scene report the victim was in a parked van with three other occupants when a person in a dark-colored, Honda-like vehicle fired multiple shots at them.
The van's driver took off in a hurry. Police say the victim didn't know he was hit until they stopped near East Independence Street and North Quebec Avenue.
Anyone with information regarding the shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
There was reportedly two people inside the suspect's vehicle. So far, no arrests have been made.
