Lawsuit begins in OKC bombing case

FBI won't release security camera video showing second person

A Salt Lake City attorney is suing because he says the FBI won't release security camera video showing a second person was with Timothy McVeigh when he bombed the Oklahoma City federal building in 1995, killing 168 people.

A trial today in Oklahoma City is at the heart of a quest by Jesse Trentadue to explain the mysterious death of his brother Kenneth, who he says, based on witness descriptions, resembled a second person seen walking away from an explosives-filled truck.

Several months after the bombing, Kenneth Trentadue died in a federal holding cell in what was labeled a suicide.
