Tulsa, Okla. — A woman is accused of kidnapping an 11-year old girl from the Comanche Park Apartments near Apache and North Peoria.
We're told two women fought as they drove home from a store Sunday night.
The passenger is accused of taking the girl and threatening harm to the victim's other children.
Police tell us residents helped officers by providing good information.
The girl is safe, but police are looking for Nayisha Hardy.
