Intoxicated man caught driving with his granddaughter

Drivers call for help when a yellow truck is driving erratic near Highway 75 and 141st Saturday night.

Tulsa deputies say they caught up to Ronald Logan at a nearby gas station, along with his granddaughter.

The deputy could smell alcohol on his breath, and Logan had urinated on his pants.

Deputies say they conducted a sobriety test on Logan, who failed.

While being taken into custody, deputies discovered marijuana in his pants pocket.  They also found multiple burnt joints.

Logan is accused of making things worse, when deputies tried to handcuff him.  He's said to have resisted the handcuffs, but was eventually secured and taken into custody.

He's currently in the Tulsa County Jail.
