Tulsa, Okla. — The summer heat is keeping M-suh in Tulsa busy since May 1.
EMSA has responded to at least 82 heat-related emergencies. About 30 of those calls were over the weekend.
EMSA is encouraging everyone to respect the heat and play it safe.
EMSA says the warning signs of heat stroke include nausea, vomiting, dizziness and headaches.
We're told limit the time you're outside, take frequent breaks and look for shade and air conditioning when you can.
Heat stroke can cause permanent damage.
