TULSA — Storms pushed through the Tulsa and Oklahoma City areas Tuesday, leaving many downed trees and power lines.
Several warning and watches were issued for Green Country.
Governor Mary Fallin decided to go ahead and declare a state of emergency for all 77 Oklahoma counties due to flooding, severe storms and straight-line winds that have struck the state since Friday, Oct. 5.
Fallin’s executive order allows agencies to make emergency purchases related to the storm.
Governor Fallin says the storms have damaged power lines, roofs and structures.
The state of emergency lasts for 30 days.
