Governor bans electronic cigarettes on state property

KRMG has learned Governor Mary Fallin signed an order on Monday to ban the use of electronic cigarettes on state property.

Fallin says the popularity of E-cigarettes is a "concern" because they are unregulated products.

Plus, the governor says the ban will help with enforcing regular tobacco laws on State property.

Smoking is already banned on state property and the E-cigarette ban will begin January 1.
