Gay couple sues shop for refusing to make them a wedding cake

ACLU claims discrimination

David Mullins and Charlie Craig went to Massachusetts to get married and wanted to celebrate with a traditional cake.

Nicolle Martin is the attorney for shop co-owner Jack Phillips, she says this is very simple. "We don't believe this is a case about commerce," she says. "This is a case about conscience."

But Mullins told the AP "I felt dehumanized and mortified," and the men brought a law suit claiming other gay couples had also been turned away.
