Gasoline prices take 10-cent leap

Tensions in Ukraine, Russia contribute to higher price for crude oil

The price for gasoline is on the rise in the Tulsa area.

Quiktrip raised their price to $3.29 per gallon early Wednesday.

That's about 10-cents higher than the price that was posted yesterday at Quiktrip.

The price for oil rose $2.00 per barrel on Monday on the New York Stock Exchange.

The tensions in Ukraine and Russia has made oil speculators nervous.
