TULSA — A 12-inch gas line near 11th & Mingo broke Friday afternoon, creating a mess for repair crews and drivers in the area.
Both the eastbound and westbound lanes were closed at 11th St.
PSO cut power in the area surrounding the break.
Leaders at Oklahoma Natural Gas say the line was hit.
