A former Stillwater police officer is charged on Monday for stealing prescription drugs.
Court records show Tom McConaghy is accused of taking the drugs from a Drug Take Back bin at the station. He faces one count of larceny of controlled dangerous substance.
No word on when he'll be in court. He's not currently in custody.
The officer resigned from the force on July 4th. No word if anybody else was involved with the theft.
