Flooding becomes a major concern with continuous rainfall

Several more inches are expected

Tulsa — The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for Tulsa County until 10pm Wednesday.

FOX23 Chief Meteorologist James Aydelott days we may get three to four more inches of rain.

“More thunderstorms on the way as we head through the day today, and especially this evening and tonight,” said Aydelott. “Flooding will be our most widespread impact, but we’ll still have a window this evening with severe weather possible… even a tornado warning or two.”

Mother’s Day will be warm and breezy.

Thursday we’ll have showers and thunderstorms likely in the morning, then clearing out by midday.
