Fire breaks out in south Tulsa overnight

Crews were busy putting out a south Tulsa condo fire early Saturday morning.

The call went out around 1:45 a.m. at a home near 81st and Delaware.

Firefighters say the fire started in the chimney and crews did a good job of getting into the attic to knock it down.

Crews were able to limit most of the damage to the one condo.  We do know another residence suffered some smoke damage.

There were two people inside the residence at the time. They were able to make it out of the condo safely.
