Felon found driving with marijuana, weapons

A convicted felon has found himself back in hot water.

Tulsa police say it started when Evan Woodard was pulled over late Sunday night near 31st and Yale.

Officers could see Woodard moving things around in his vehicle as they approached.

It didn't help.

Police say as soon as the suspect rolled down his vehicle they could smell marijuana and see smoke.

A search of the vehicle turned up marijuana in a backpack, as well as sitting on the passenger seat.  Police say they also found a handgun and a switchblade.

Woodard is currently in the Tulsa County Jail.
