TULSA, Okla. — Three men face federal charges after a Tulsa man’s body was found in his front yard.

58-year-old Billy Lindsey’s body was found last week near his E 56th Street N home.

56-year-old Stephen Rose and 49-year-old Vernon Weaver have been charged with first-degree murder in Indian Country. Rose, Weaver, and 28-year-old Christopher Squirrel also face a conspiracy to commit robbery charge.

The cases are moving forward in U.S. District Court in Tulsa.
