A Tulsa father was arrested early Saturday morning, after he was pulled over near 31st and Sheridan.
Deputies say Harold Bailey was driving without lights.
It didn't take long for the deputy to realize Bailey was also high. A strong smell of marijuana was coming from his car.
The child was turned over to her mother.
He admitted to smoking a joint with a friend before getting behind the wheel with his 6-month-old girl in the back seat.
Bailey was taken to the Tulsa County Jail, where he faces multiple counts including child endangerment, and DUI drugs.
