Employee tries to set store on fire

An apparent disgruntled employee is accused of trying to set a fire inside a Tulsa store Monday night.

Police say the incident happened at a FedEx store around 8 p.m., near 11th and Memorial.

Mark Washburn was seen using a lighter to ignite books on fire.

Washburn was then booked into the Tulsa County Jail.  He faces one count of fourth-degree arson.

Police say his boss saw this happening, and went over to try and stop Washburn.  The manager supposedly tacked the suspect and held him until officers could arrive.

His mugshot isn't available.

Fire investigators have taken over the case.
