East Tulsa police busy with overnight robberies

Officers in east Tulsa were kept busy overnight with several crimes.

Police say the first call came from the City Food convenience store near East 11th and South 129th around 10 p.m.

Multiple men walked into the store and pulled guns.  They demanded cash, and then fled the scene before officers could arrive.

Both suspects had guns and they took her cash.  The victim wasn't harmed.

The second call came around 12:30 a.m. Sunday morning, near East 21st and South 129th.  This time, a woman was ambushed by two men as she pulled into her driveway.

Police are also investigating a home invasion near East 31st and South 129th around 2:15 a.m.  Multiple armed suspects got away with electronics from an apartment.

Finally, there was an attempted armed robbery near East 21st and Highway 169.

The victim tried to run and was shot twice.  His injuries are said to be non-life threatening.

Police didn't release descriptions of the suspects.
