Sapulpa police have three people behind bars after a foot chase.
An officer investigated when he saw an occupied car parked near Town West Shopping Center at Motel Six around 3 a.m. Thursday.
"He noticed a plastic bag in the center console that had what appeared to be some meth in it," Sapulpa Police Captain Glenn Coffey said.
His passengers, identified as Skyler Campbell and Jared Cotner, also were arrested for possessing drug paraphernalia and a controlled dangerous substance.
A TPD canine helped arrest the driver, Joshua Rucker, who was in the driver's seat of a stolen vehicle.
