Drive-by shooting victim hospitalized for ‘lower torso’ wound

Tulsa, Okla. — A man is injured in a drive-by shooting near Pine and Sheridan.

Tulsa police tell us the victim was inside his bedroom at 5900 East Newton Street when someone fired gunshots into the house, striking him in the lower torso.

Police found three bullet casings on the street and five bullet holes into the house.

His condition was unknown.

The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment around 10:45 p.m. Wednesday.
