Downtown Tulsa coffee shop offering up space for entrepreneurs to talk, grow business

TULSA, Okla. — The owner of Sona Coffee in downtown Tulsa is offering up her shop’s second floor for other entrepreneurs to connect and grow their businesses.

Shelby Swanson opened the specialty coffee shop last August after being delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic and its many hurdles.

Finally, Swanson is getting comfortable almost a year later. The shop is open seven days a week and she really wants to develop the space into a supportive, collaborative community hub.

Hundreds of people have responded so far to the new opportunity.

She posted on Facebook offering the second floor of the shop for meetings, gatherings, and other business-related tasks. The second floor has tables, chairs, a couch, and free WiFi.

So far, Swanson hopes to support other female business owners and their goals with the new opportunity.
