Authorities in Dallas County, Alabama, say a couple who wanted a baby repeatedly sexually assaulted an underage, mentally incapacitated girl in hopes she'd get pregnant and give them the infant.
Both have been charged with rape.
The girl's mother has been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor for allegedly knowing what was going on and failing to intervene.
