Deputies in Rogers County hit the jackpot during a recent traffic stop.
That's because the suspect inside the car is allegedly involved in a nationwide money scheme. Sheriff Scott Walton tells us deputies recovered over 100 gift cards, tools to print fake credit cards and notebooks containing personal information of multiple victims.
“These thugs are making their way across the country at other people’s expense,” Walton said.
Williams has been booked into the Rogers County Jail.
John Williams was taken into custody after allegedly fighting with deputies. He has racked up 35 pages of criminal history during his career.
