Will get credit for his time already served

Dennehy’s official sentence is 23 years, 10 days in prison. He will also have to pay a fine of $3,250. Dennehy will get credit for time served.

Dennehy’s family claims he is a paranoid schizophrenic and feel that he should be treated in a hospital.
