Broken Arrow, Okla. — Broken Arrow police make a counterfeit money bust.
We’re told 30-year old Jarod Wilson was arrested recently after officers found a bag full of fake hundred dollar bills inside the SUV he was driving with a stolen license plate during a traffic stop.
A BAPD officer said, “Most often that’s what we (find) is someone will steal a plate from a different car maybe a similar car to try to slip under the radar.”
Police want area merchants to be watching for fake large bills.
Wilson skipped his court date, so he was arrested again.
