Child neglect charges have been filed against a Bixby mother after her kids were found alone in a park.
The mother had left them unattended while she went to court to try to regain custody of her daughter.
Kyla Bentley said that she had left her girls under the supervision of her sister.
Bentley is behind bars and the two young girls are with relatives.
Later it was determined that the two young girls had been left alone in their apartment with no supervision and no food.
The girls told Police they were walking to a splash pad that was two miles away from their home.
