Central Oklahoma shaken with two earthquakes

A 2.5 magnitude earthquake rumbled the earth near Stroud last night just before 10:30p.m.

Another quake hit this morning not far from the first one. This quake was in Stroud and was felt just before 6 a.m.

It is unlikely that the Stroud quake was felt, as humans can usually only feel earthquakes with a magnitude of 3.0 or higher.

The bigger quake in Helena did not cause any damage and no injuries were reported.
