Catoosa, Okla. — A domestic fight in Catoosa ends with a police chase involving OHP and TPD.
The suspect was caught after he had a flat tire and bailed in Tulsa on North Irvington Avenue.
A police canine helped get the suspect arrested just before 11 p.m. Tuesday.
