Broken Arrow Police release surveillance photos of armed robbery suspect

The Broken Arrow Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a possible suspect in a recent armed robbery.

The hold-up occurred at the Kum-N-Go at New Orleans Street and Elm Avenue (101st Street and 161st East Avenue) on Sunday, October 13th in Broken Arrow.

Investigators tell KRMG that the man was spotted in a nearby Walgreens about an hour before the robbery. He was drunk or high on drugs while asking the pharmacist about hydrocodone and morphine.

If you recognize the person in the photos, you are asked to call Broken Arrow Detective Sgt. Scott Lillard at (918) 451-8200 ext 8756 or email him at slillard@brokenarrowok.gov.

Police believe the man intended on robbing the pharmacy but was, for whatever reason, deterred. He robbed the Kum-N-Go instead.
