The body of a man was discovered Christmas Eve morning not far from a busy Tulsa intersection.
Tulsa police confirm they recovered the body of a man near the intersection of E. Admiral Place and S. Memorial Drive.
Early in the investigation, they believe it may have been a homeless man who succumbed to the bitter cold.
They have not released the man's identity.
