Blind cyclist riding in Tulsa Tough this weekend

Tim Willison isn't letting a little think like blindness stop him from riding

Hundreds of riders are hitting the streets for Tulsa Tough starting today.

One thing to keep an eye out for... a spandex-clad cyclist that is a little different than the rest.

Tim Willison went blind 20 years ago but found a way to get back on the road. He has several friends that will pilot his 2-seater bike. Willison says, "That was one of the hardest things to give up. I love cycling."

Willison tells KRMG he wants to motivate others. Willison says, "I'm just trying to get that awareness out there to others like me so they can get out there and have fun too!"
