A federal grand jury has charged Bixby man Matthew Todd Barlett of possession of child pornography and sexual exploitation of a child.
The grand jury handed down the charges on Friday, November 7, 2013.
Bartlett, 38 years old, is also charged having custody and control of a minor, knowingly permitting the minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for use in videos.
The child involved may be a foster child.
Bartlett was originally turned in by his wife, when she found materials in their home and she called Bixby police.
If Bartlett is convicted, he could face a minimum sentence of 15 years to a maximum sentence of 30 years.
