Big changes planned for this year’s Tulsa Christmas Parade

Organizers came up with new ideas so the parade wouldn’t be cancelled

TULSA — Parade organizers revealed Wednesday how they’re going to keep families safe while enjoying some needed holiday cheer this year.

“We’re just so excited that we were able to come up an idea that is non-traditional and creative and innovative,” said Vice President of American Waste Control Paul Ross.

The Tulsa Christmas Parade 2020 will be a drive-through parade with floats and music acts lined up on both sides of the street.

One aspect that will stay the same for the 94th parade is the route.

The parade is December 12 from 12 to 2pm.

The parade will start at 7th and Boston and end at 3rd and Boston.

You might want to arrive early to enter the line as far south as possible on Boston Avenue.

Families must remain in their vehicles unless using the restroom.
