One man is dead in an accident on Old North Road west of Sand Springs. Police found the man in a wrecked SUV in a wooded area about 15 feet from the roadway where a passerby happened to see it. No one else was found at the scene. Authorities believe alcohol was involved. The identity of the victim has not been released.
