Authorities chase, arrest suspects in Walmart larceny

Sand Springs, Okla. — A speeding car chase includes law enforcement authorities from several agencies.

The chase started around 4 a.m. Monday with the report of a larceny at the Sand Springs Walmart.

We're told Walmart employees were pepper-sprayed before the suspects got into a car and traveled eastbound at a high rate of speed on the Sand Springs Expressway.

Four suspects were arrested, but one black male ran away.

The chase ended in a Tulsa neighborhood near 51 Street North and Peoria.

Several items of stolen merchandise were recovered.

Some items were tossed out of the car during the chase.

Officers from the Sand Springs Police Department, the Tulsa Police Department, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office were involved in the pursuit.
