AUTHORITIES SAY THE 5-MONTH OLD CHILD HAS BEEN LOCATED. OLIVIA FAITH SMITH WAS ABDUCTED FROM HER GUARDIAN ABOUT 12:15 P.M. ON THURSDAY. THE SUSPECT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS CINDY FINLEY.

The Kingfisher County Sheriff's Office has issued an Amber Alert for Olivia Smith.

A woman with a history of possible mental illness is suspected of snatching a 5-month-old baby from a small town in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma.
She was last seen wearing a longsleeved pink floral shirt.
The suspect is Cindy Findley, 47.
She is white, with shoulder length blonde hair, but there's no description of her clothing.
It's believed another woman, Jennifer Skousen, 43, was with Findley at the time of the abduction.
She's also white, with long blonde hair.
They were in a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe with Texas license plate BYZ-3364.
The vehicle was last seen in the Elmwood, Oklahoma area.
It's believed they may have left the area heading east, but investigators suspect their ultimate destination could be in Texas.
Skousen had reportedly made statements that she had a "vision" that the child was gong to die in two days.
