7th Street ramp temporarily closing off Highway 75

TULSA, Okla. — The City of Tulsa has announced that the ramp from Highway 75 to East 7th Street in downtown will soon be closing.

The ramp will be closed beginning April 17, and will remain closed for four weeks.

The closure is part of the ongoing street rehabilitation on 7th and 8th Streets between Cincinnati and Kenosha avenues.

This four-week closure will allow crews to remove and replace existing concrete pavement, install waterline tie-ins, and make stormwater improvements on the two south lanes of 7th Street between Kenosha and Detroit.

This street rehabilitation project is part of an approximate $4.1 million Improve Our Tulsa project.

Work is expected to be completed in the fall of 2023.
