The ads were never supposed to run but they leaked onto the internet and are causing some headaches for the company.
The ad is for the Ford Figo and one shows Paris Hilton winking in the front seat while the Kardashian sisters are tied up in the trunk. Hilton winks as the commercial continues.
The other features former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi in the front seat with several barely clothed women in the back.
Ford apologized and sent the following statement to Business Insider:
The hook for the ads “Leave your worries behind with Figo’s extra large boot.”
"We deeply regret the publishing of posters that were distasteful and contrary to the standards of professionalism and decency within (JWT India). These were never intended for paid publication and should never have been created, let alone uploaded to the Internet. This was the result of individuals acting without proper oversight and appropriate actions have been taken within the agency where they work to deal with the situation.”
