Changing Flat Tire-Finding Marijuana

At some point we all have to do it – changing a flat tire.

Not always with this kind of result.

A woman in Ohio took her car to a local dealership to install her spare tire, after she suffered a flat tire.

As she was driving away, she heard a “loud thumping” sound and when she returned, that’s when mechanics discovered pot wrapped in plastic that was in the tire.

The marijuana has street value of about $12,000.00, according to the Lorain County Sheriff Department.

Investigators are trying to trace back the marijuana through part suppliers and vehicle transport firms since the woman had purchased the car new last August.

The woman has not been charged with any crimes.
