Police chased Jessie Schwaub-Devault the wrong way for five miles before she stopped the SUV she was driving, and tried to run away.
"'When the deputies started to chase the driver, as the driver exited the vehicle, the person was not clothed,' Clare County Undersheriff Dwayne Miedzianowski told 9&10 News.
After officers caught Schwaub-Devault, they discovered her husband Joshua, and the couple’s child naked at a nearby rest stop.
Schwaub-Devault told officers she "blacked out," and didn't remember anything about the incident.
Shwaub-Devault faces charges of DUI, fleeing police, indecent exposure and child abuse. Joshua Schwaub-Devault was also charged with child abuse.
The juvenile is in the care of a third party.
